Laptop screen capable of handling bright sunlight

This is way too obvious; why didn't someone think of it years ago?

I appear to have got chromatography, or something like it, going on in my leg! The bruise on the outside of my right thigh now appears a livid purple smear almost half a foot in length... with the emphasis on "appears": The actual bruise—the bit that hurts and is tender to the touch—is actually further up my hip, and a pale enough yellow that, next to the purple stain, is easy to overlook completely.
