When I was in Newcastle for Rosh Hashana I was clearing out some old tapes, and came across one labelled "Michael's Record Tape: Record on Side A first AS SET UP" (clearly instructions for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

I've just been starting to listen to it, to see what's on it, and inter alia, there's a recording of three sixteen-odd-year-old lethargic_mans overdubbed (using nothing more than a stereo with an external microphone, and a tape recorder with a built-in one) singing, a cappella, "The Lion Sleeps Tonight". It's absolutely hilarious. And no, I'm not going to post any of it here. ;^b
