How long is it? The page that's showing tells the story of how Shimon Hatzadik charmed Alexander the Great, and persuaded him not to conquer Jerusalem. (The story is also found in the Talmud, in both Yoma and Tamid; either the Karaites lifted it from there, or they had an independent tradition of the same story. At first it seemed strange that they would revere him, but on reflection we know so little about him that they may very well claim he was a Karaite too.)
