...that observations indicate Quaoar is continually resurfaced on a 10 Myr timescale? Cool, huh?
This also fits in with the fact that Kuiper Belt objects are observed to be all colours, not just the deep red expected of objects whose surfaces have been exposed to many millions of years of bombardment by cosmic rays.
