Blech. My sincerest sympathies. Almost as if on cue, Apple brought out an update to Swift that I could no longer ignore, and since the latest Xcode is 10.10 only, I decided to follow my advice and upgrade now. (So far, it seems stable.)

Fingers crossed that you'll manage to find a useful distribution soon and that no data was lost.
