Whoever invented that needs to do a lot of work on it. It is much easier typing the stuff than fighting with the computer when it does not listen properly. What a useless invention.
It would probably do better with text documents than programming languages; and of course, the technology's immature, so not very attractive to the able-bodied, but for those for whom typing is a lot of effort, the speech recognition might actually be less effort than trying to type.
