Does it bother you when people use reverse-9/9 quotes (‛...’) instead of 6-9 quotes: ‘...’?

I see it as a matter of preference. I prefer 6-9 myself, but different typfaces do it differently. The r-9/9 approach is quite common (and not at all objectionable, generally) in a lot of serif and monospaced faces.
