Going offline

Expect patchy Net access from me for the next while. I'm away for a long weekend from tomorrow, following which moving into my new place, where BT can't get an engineer to set up a 'phone line for me until January the bloody sixth, interspersed with which I'm going to Limmud, too.

If you want to get hold of me urgently, please call my mobile. (And if you want my mobile details, email.)

Ach, that's a pain, I need to coordinate logistics for next week. (It's also more globally a pain that you can't get a phone line until January, ugh!) I'll try to get most of the stuff out today, and take my phone with me when I'm travelling next week. I take it you're at work at least today and tomorrow so will see emails?

Have you got a final moving date and if so when?

I would have liked to help you this week but I am surprisingly on a course. I did not know you already move. Our phone is free for evening after 6pm and weekends including bank holidays. So if you need to phone someone for longer talks you can use it. It does not cost anyone anything. We never write down a number when we phone at that time. I usually had no normal phone at all just my mobile. I was so stupid to go to and Internet Cafe with phone boxes to user their phone. It is more expensive then my mobile.
