According to the Singer's Prayerbook*, it's: בָּרוּךְ שֶׁפָּטְרַנִי מֵעָנְשׁוֹ שֶל זֶה׃ My dictionary gives עֹנֶש as the noun, so מֵעָנְשָׁהּ שֶל זֹאת (or possibly שֶל זֹו) would indeed seem sensible.
