Reverse religious discrimination

There's a sign on the eatery around the corner from me saying "Shomer Shabbat/Shomeret Shabbat wanted". How is it legal to do that? Surely the same legislation that makes it illegal to say "Hiring; no Jews, blacks or Irish" also makes it illegal to exclude anyone who doesn't keep Shabbos (along with everyone who's not Jewish)...?
