I am surprised that you said that Jewish people were in general not affected by the Spanish inquisition. I know for sure they arrested and tortured Jews who officially converted but practised Judaism in secret as it was a crime for the church. I think they were very much involved in forcing Jews to convert by threating them with torture. They always found some reason to turn up and arrest people when they liked to. So I don't think Jews were not victims even if they did not want to convert. They tortured and when they still resist killed them. It was the most horrible time.
