Cambridge University and the College Hallows

FWIW, that's my college at 0:55–0:59. And bonus points to anyone not connected with Cambridge who can identify the words of the "spell" at 1:42.
FWIfurtherW, the car on the Senate House roof isn't made up: it really happened.
Of course, in my day there was no Harry Potter to draw comparisons to; instead students did Superman impressions by running through the streets with their gowns flapping behind them; and rather than teleporting onto Castle Hill Mound at dawn, we danced around it seven times widdershins wearing long orange scarves, and libated mead before putting some more to better use:
