No. The Samaritan Bible only consists of the Torah and the Book of Joshua. They have their own history, but it's not holy books for them.
All the information in Josephus about the Samaritans is the Jews' side of the story. If you ask the Samaritans about it, I'm sure you'd get a quite different picture.
