Pesach (Passover in English) is a Jewish festival celebrated in the spring, on which no leavened product may be owned, let alone consumed. Jewish households undergo a thorough spring cleaning before it, and shops turn over their entire stock in order to sell only leaven-free product; hence the scrolling sign "We are now kosher for Passover."
But Menachem's have failed to update their sign the whole time since, which is why in the previous photo linked to above, you can see a succah in the background, implying the photo was taken during the early autumn festival of Succos (Tabernacles).
In this photo we see an oil menorah in the window, implying it is Chanukah, of which it is now the sixth day (for me, and seventh for you).
I could point their mistake out to them, but it would spoil the amusement of continuing to take pictures like this through the year.
