My mudguards, brakes, bike-luggage, skirts, scarfs, & c. have on many occasions interfered with the normal operation of the bike but so far not in a way that has resulted in any harm to me or the bike.
If your scarf is long enough to interfere with operation of the bike, can I urge you to be careful: we don't want you to become a second Isadora Duncan!
