Being, as I am, a six foot roadrunner, I tend to go "meep! meep!" to other cyclists as I pass them. Occasionally—once every few years—someone gets the reference and laughs.
Last week I passed a cyclist and went "meep! meep!" at him. He then caught me up at the next lights, and overtook me by running the red lights, so I went "meep! meep!" again as I passed him the second time.
Five minutes later, I was shopping in Sainsbury's when someone went "meep! meep!" at me—the same guy, of course. It was a rather effete "meep! meep!", to be sure. But it did put a smile on my face, and made my day. :o)
