Bah, after delays on the Northern Line, and having to watch three trains go past on the Victoria Line before I was able to get on one, then delays on the Central Line because of (wait for it) a problem with the train behind my one (I can see their logic, but that's cold comfort for me), I got home over an hour later today than if I'd cycled; and regretted not cycling in the lovely weather.

Right, that does it. I'm not waiting for my new sandals to arrive; I'm going to bump up to cycling four days a week from the start of next week, wearing myself out or no.
