lethargic_manGave my talk again last night at a סעודה שלישית at Yakar (missing a Torah Tea at the NNLS to do so, despite the rabbi urging us not to miss it because, it says in the liturgy Torah tea al taazovu *ducks*).
The other time I gave my talk I got an audience of two. This time there were about twenty-five people (though of course I don't know to what extent people turned up for the service and the meal rather than the talk), and not only was it well received, but I spent the following twenty minutes linguistics-geeking with someone else who found the subject interesting. Yay!
