Today
snjstar introduced me to Moishe House, where we had a Rosh Chodesh service involving much singing, playing of drums, maracas and piano; croissants, meditation and sage-leaf burning, and greeting of the Moshiach. (Actually, it was only the tenth person, coming down the stairs having been finally woken by our very loud Hallel in the hall (which is where the piano was), so we could finally recite בָּרֲכוּ and kaddish.)
If Sunday morning services were like that more often (and started at 11:30 (or in practice, 11:00, commencing with the two-minute silence)), I might go more often...
