lethargic_man: "Happy the person that finds wisdom, and the person that gets understanding."—Prov. 3:13. Icon by Tamara Rigg (limmud)
Leviticus 15:18
And the woman that a man shall lie with, with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be ritually impure until evening.
The Samaritan text is more morally proper:
Leviticus 15:18
And the woman that her husband shall lie with, with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be ritually impure until evening.

The thing about posting all these notes based on reading stuff (both books and Wikipedia) and coming to my own conclusions is that sometimes I discover I'm wrong, and am subsequently bothered by leaving my old blog notes erroneous, and have to go back to correct them. And then sometimes I feel I have to let the people who might have read the blog post originally know too. Here's an example; it's not very consequential but I'm slightly obsessive over these things...
