After reading positive reviews of it by rysmiel and ewx recently, I got I Claudius out on DVD from the library.

It cost me £1 to take it out for a week.

This would be sensible, were it not for the fact it is a 5-DVD box set...

We used to get to watch I Claudius during Classical Civilizations in school. Looking back, it seems a bit strange, but it was a great class to take.
