Bah, I hate winter in this flat. It's 1°C outside. Comfortable indoors temperature is around 70°F, i.e. 21°C. It's now two and a half hours since I came in and put the heater on full, and the temperature at desk height is still only 18.9°C. At floor height, though, it's only 12°.
