The future of the Union flag?

lethargic_manRecently I had an idea that, I see on googling, was had months ago by the author of this blog entry, which says:
(I agree.)With the possibility of Scotland gaining Independence, here is what the Union Jack would look like if the Scottish flag, St. Andrew's Cross, is removed. Looks bloody terrible to me:
