My website is chocka with dead links. I should have cronned up my check_links script to run monthly at work a long time ago. Ah well, now I have broadband at home I can run it at home instead... once I've fixed or removed all the current dead crop.

In the course of which I rediscovered this lovely little nugget courtesy of pameladean on rasf.c in 1998:
