Anyone going to the States would like to do me a favour?

Anyone going to the States in the next while who would like to get me some 80¢ stamps? (You can order them from USPS, but they charge a ridiculous $8 for sending stamps on the inside of an envelope instead of the outside!)

Running out towards the end of last year, I got someone to get me some more, but they arrived just after I moved house, when everything was all over the place, and I've not been able to figure out where they went. (Presumably I was not able to locate my normal stamps box at the time.)

Since starting to look for them I've turfed up my communist hole-punch^*, three years and two house moves after I lost it, a CD that went missing a couple of months ago, and an IRC^† franked in Birmingham in 1996 (which surprised me, as I didn't think I was buying IRCs at the time), but no USiAn stamps; and I have now run out of Vespuccian stamps.

* As I have thought of it since someone in school in the 1980s, noticing the stamp "Made in Czechoslovakia", exclaimed "Hey, Grant, you've been supporting a communist regime!"

Will try to remember to do so over Minicon if it's feasibled, though lots of places tend to be shut Easter weekend so it might not be.
