Blood donation

lethargic_manI got a letter from the National Blood Donation Service a day or two ago saying they were running low on stocks, and asking me to donate. I put it on my desk and forgot it about, and hence failed to cycle to work today, which is what I'd need to do in order to donate tomorrow and have Thursday to recover before cycling again on Friday.
I'm posting this now because I've just got a telephone call from them asking me to give blood if I possibly can in the next week. The earliest I can do so now is Tuesday, but if anyone reading this donates more soon, I'll feel better about it.
