Our new office at work has just been opened, and the Queen's Award presented, by Her Majesty's representative in Islington, the Deputy Lieutenant (the Lord Lieutenant being otherwise engaged), Colonel Kay.
At some point I am going to be able to hear
this name and keep a straight face... but not yet.

I guess she never saw the hospitals opened in her name or in the name of the Royal family either.
I think big things like hospitals the Queen would open herself; by contrast there were rather a lot (http://thebln.com/2010/04/list-of-winners-of-queens-awards-for-enterprise-2010/) of winners of the Queen's Award for Enterprise.
